Entrance of Balcatta HQ

A space in Balcatta built around how children feel

For fifteen years our programs have run in borrowed halls, clubrooms, schools and university gyms across Perth. We're grateful to every one of them, and many of those partnerships continue. What they could never give us was a say in the room itself.

Many of the children and young people we work with are neurodivergent, or have found busy, echoing gyms and mainstream sport hard going. So we designed HQ around how they feel as well as how they move. There's room to climb, jump and play, and a quiet room for anyone who needs a minute. Families have somewhere comfortable to wait, and our whole team works from here, so the people planning your child's sessions are never far away.

HQ welcomes little ones from two and a half, children and teens, young people, and the parents and carers in their lives. Health professionals are welcome to come and see the space too, and you might meet Ernie, our therapy dog, who is very good at helping nervous kids feel a bit braver on their first day.
