Building Strong & Healthy Young People Through Exercise

The mission of Thriving is to use exercise expertise to improve the health of kids & young people. We celebrate uniqueness and diversity, and offer an inclusive exercise environment for all kids and young people.

In order to achieve our mission we aim to:

  • Improve physical and mental health outcomes through evidence-based exercise programs for kids & young people

  • Increase family, community and health professional knowledge of exercise and it's role in health

  • Provide & support opportunities for all kids & young people to experience a positive exercise environment

 

Going to thriving is S.'s highlight of the week.  When I collect him after his session he has said to me in the car that he has had the best time and it was so much fun.  S. shows little enthusiasm for anything, so to see him be so positive about how he really enjoys it, is fantastic!
