Thriving in Motion at AusPATH 2025: Pioneering Safe, Inclusive Exercise for Trans and Gender Diverse Young People

Thriving in Motion and the MHEX team are presenting groundbreaking research on a therapeutic exercise program designed specifically for trans and gender diverse young people engaged with paediatric gender diversity and community-based services in WA. Co-designed with clinicians, families, and young people, this program addresses a critical gap in care by exploring how safe, inclusive exercise can be embedded within paediatric gender services to improve physical and mental health outcomes.
