Move It for Mental Health
A community based movement program delivered to young people to provide them the opportunity to experience a variety of exercise and movement based activities in a safe, inclusive and peer supported environment.
Our 8-week program consists of different weekly movement and activity sessions, plus informal education about the ways exercise and movement can be used to manage and maintain thriving mental health.
All abilities, inclusive, community based sessions at a variety of locations to support WA teens and young people. Each program is tailored based on preference of participants, ages and community needs.
